Guide to Managing Junk Email for Webmail Users

This guide is intended for the users of TUKE's web-based email interface, available at https://mail.tuke.sk, to configure trusted and blocked email sources.

Settings – Webmail

After logging in to the Webmail portal, select the settings option in the top right corner of the webpage and click on Options.

The account settings interface will then appear. Go to the Mail (1.) → Accounts (2.) tab. In the Accounts section, select Block or Allow.

A form will appear, allowing you to enter an email address or domain to either block or mark it as trusted.

Enter the email address or domain in the field (3.) and click Add (4.). Once the entries are added or removed (using the trash icon), click Save (5).

Marking a Message as Junk

If you receive a message that you consider to be Junk, you can mark it by selecting the Junk Email option.

This action will block future messages from the sender and remove the message from your Inbox.

Marking a Message as Trusted

If a message arrives in your Junk Email folder and you consider it legitimate, you can mark it as trusted by selecting Not Junk.

This will add the sender to your list of trusted senders and move the message to your Inbox.
