Pedagogical Information System Department
The Pedagogical Information System Department ensures the continuous operation of the MAIS academic information system. Within its modules E-application, Applicant, Student, Teacher, Officer, Administrator, Public Portal and Accommodation it provides:
- analysis of pedagogical processes
- creation of processing methodology in MAIS for TUKE faculties
- management of hardware and software resources required for the operation of MAIS
- central support for all users (applicants, students, teachers, student administration officers and accommodation officers)
- creation of statistics on applicants, students, accommodated students, graduates and tuition fees payment by TUKE students for the Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information and the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and university management
- sending the requested data on TUKE students to the Central Students Register of the Slovak Republic once a month
- mass printing of admission decisions, diplomas, etc.
- management and monitoring of MAIS operation in order to make the pedagogical process more productive
- service activity for all TUKE faculties
- consulting and training activities regarding the functionality of MAIS
- analysis and system support of accommodation processes
